Molotov Caucasus

The Molotov Caucasus is a Big Rig available for use in MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, based on a tanker truck.

Skins for this vehicle range from a rusting chassis to a retro 1940's tanker design.

Trivia[]

The Caucasus is likely based off a Unimog 404 albeit with a tank instead of the usual rear compartments.
- This makes it the first of three big rigs to be based on the Mercedes-Benz Unimog, the others being the Monarch Backpacker and Molotov Uradna-66.
Like the Molotov Baikal, this vehicle is named after an aspect of Russia's geography - in this case, the mountain range that serves as a boundary between Europe and Asia.
This vehicle may have been a sewage containment truck prior to its appearance in Pacific Rift. In fact, a piece of concept art shows it with a radioactivity symbol painted on the tank, implying that it may have been a nuclear waste disposal truck.
This is one of the default Big Rigs in Pacific Rift, alongside the Patriot Minuteman.
Daddy Fawley (blue "Atom Sparks" livery), Jane Doe (rusted/faded livery) and Jeff Lawless (red/white "Six7even livery) are the AI Characters seen driving this vehicle.
- Except for Jane Doe, these same drivers are also seen in Monarch Mk 1's.
