Trivia[]

  • Although this car's livery was not available under menus, it could be applied to other vehicles by saving it as a vehicle package and applying it in that manner. (This trick was fixed/removed after patch 1.05 for those in the US who received a voucher)
  • Until this car's debut in Apocalypse, Wasabi had not produced any vehicle larger than an ATV. However, given the nature of Wasabi's previous vehicles, it only seems appropriate to make its first true car a pint-sized SuperMini.
  • It is unique in that it is the only SuperMini that can have its roof removed.
  • This is essentially the second open-top street car of any type in MotorStorm: Apocalypse, joining the Italia Torquemada. Eventually the Monarch Vestige-R added to this rather tiny, unique lineup.
  • Although it strongly resembles the Mazda MX-5/Miata, the Kimachi's tail lights look a lot like those of the third-generation Mazda RX-7.
  • It is named after a type of spice.
