- The daddy of the bikes, the Chopper is all muscle, no tussle. With a fat-ass rear wheel, they are the ultimate cruising machine with a thunderous growl to boot - pure rolling art on wheels. Fast in a straight line too, but be careful when cornering!
Choppers are a new class of vehicle that appear in MotorStorm: Apocalypse. They have poor handling compared to the other bikes, but are slightly more durable, although like any other bikes, they are still weak against heavyweight vehicles. The Chopper can be extremely fast on long open straight pieces of road. Choppers are better for off-road racing than the superbikes, but worse than the dirt bikes. Overall, they appear to be the two-wheeled equivalent of Muscle Cars.

- Choppers are the prefered vehicle class of Big Dog.
- Due to the fact that the front tire extends far from the main chassis, the chopper is susceptible to wrecking when hitting the ground at an angle where the front tyre hits the ground first.

There isn't a single Chopper that doesn't live up to the name. All choppers are, well, choppers. Stretched out, customized bikes.
